I just wanted to share my very positive experience with MagBak. A few months ago, I purchased a white Elite case, which eventually developed some discoloration and marks from regular use. When I contacted MagBak about it, their team was extremely helpful — they suggested a black case as a replacement and sent it to me free of charge, along with a white accessory pack.

Honestly, I delayed on getting this elite case for quite a while cause I was just unsure about it, but finally pulled the trigger and ordered one and there are NO REGRETS! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CASE and how it feels silky smooth in my hands, goes great with my matte screen protector which the case does not effect one bit! Love the pinkie cushion and finger loop in the back along with the kickstand, GREAT LITTLE INCLUSION! 15/10 stars if I could! Haha

This is my second MagBak case. I would never use another case. MagBak really listens to its customers because when I asked for something on the back of the case so I could hold it on the back of my hand, they did it! They made the MagBak Elite with the finger loop. And I am glad they did. It works really well for my needs, being disabled and having spastic Cerebral Palsy. The wrist strap and fingerloop combination works really well.
