Free shipping on US orders over $50.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. All delivery estimates below begin after your order ships and are estimates, not guarantees — carriers can occasionally experience delays outside our control.
Free Shipping (US)
US orders over $50 ship free via our Standard service (typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on item weight). Orders under $50 are charged shipping at checkout based on the method you select.
US Shipping Methods
The exact options, prices, and estimated delivery dates for your address are shown at checkout. Typical methods:
- Standard Shipping (USPS) — 3–5 business days
- Priority Shipping (USPS) — 3–4 business days
- FedEx Express — 2 business days
- FedEx Standard — 5–7 business days
Not every method is available for every order — availability depends on item weight, order total, and destination.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. If you're shipping to one of these, please choose Standard Shipping or Priority Shipping (our USPS options) at checkout — USPS delivers to these addresses. Orders to a PO Box or military address placed with a FedEx method may be delayed or returned to us.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx. The available services, costs, and delivery estimates for your country are shown at checkout. As a general guide:
- FedEx International — typically 2–7 business days
- FedEx International Economy — a lower-cost option with longer transit (estimate shown at checkout)
- FedEx International Ground (Canada) — typically 3–7 business days
Transit times vary by destination and customs processing, and begin after your order ships. A valid phone number may be required for international and express shipments — carriers use it for delivery coordination and customs clearance.
Customs, duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships; please allow 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot an error, contact us right away — we can only change an address before the order ships.
Returned, Unclaimed & Refused Packages
If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused:
- We'll reach out to arrange reshipment; reshipment costs apply.
- If you request a refund instead of reshipment, a 20% restocking fee applies to unclaimed orders.
Delivery Issues, Delays & Lost Packages
- Missing items / incomplete order: please report within 3 business days of delivery.
- Tracking shows delivered but not received, or a significant delay: contact us within 3–5 business days of the delivery notification so we can open a carrier investigation.
